Buzz wins ‘Best Business’ at prestigious awards

Buzz has been named ‘Best Business’ in the 2025 Best Businesswomen’s Awards!

The national awards, launched more than a decade ago, celebrate the achievements of female-led businesses and charities covering a diverse range of industries across the UK.

Judges awarded the accolade to our team for demonstrating 'strong growth, exceptional customer service, and a people-first culture’, with a particular nod to managing director Lindsey Axten’s leadership and vision.

Following the Gala Awards ceremony at the Mercure Daventry Court Hotel, Northamptonshire, Lindsey said: “I am so proud to have achieved this accolade for the company, alongside Paul Axten, and want to share a massive appreciation and thanks to everyone on our wonderful team who make the business what it is.

“Running this business for almost 20 years has been incredibly rewarding, and I am thrilled Buzz has been recognised for its wonderful work and dedication to both staff and clients. 

“It was also wonderful to meet so many other inspiring entrepreneurs and businesswomen, with so much dedication to leading successful businesses that support positive futures.”

Debbie Gilbert, founder and organiser of the awards, added: “Running a business is both exhilarating and challenging. These awards were established to recognise and celebrate the women who are visionary leaders, who step forward with passion and determination.
