We pride ourselves on crafting relationships that last, with returning clients that we’ve worked with for 10+ years. Reef Water Solutions initially came to Buzz to develop an app to replace the hassle of a paper-based recording process for on site compliance visits. Thanks to our highly experienced project managers, when Reef Water Solutions subsequently wanted to transform their existing desktop software they didn’t think twice before reaching back out to Buzz. The resulting Orac system is proving highly beneficial to the company. Now with a relationship spanning 12 years, we have developed real friendships and outstanding end results.

Our project managers have an in-depth understanding of the development process to create high-quality, bespoke software. Taking updates from developers and relaying this information to the client at a technical level that they are comfortable with. However, we still give you direct access to our developer team so you never feel squeezed out of the picture.

By having an experienced project manager acting as a touch point between the client and developer, we can acquire information needed by developers in an easy to understand way. Increasing the efficiency of developers and allowing them to get the most out of their time and work. This fluidity connecting the client to developers has proven especially beneficial throughout the discovery phase.

In-depth Understanding of Client Needs

It is crucial to the success of a project that we have an in-depth understanding of our clients needs. Our project managers play a significant role throughout the process to grasp what our client wants to achieve. Highlighting the importance of our discovery phase in making great software.

Our development approach follows a straight-forward, agile process which we manage through Azure DevOps. This platform allows us to ensure requirements are met while tracking progress as the team works on each feature. We welcome clients to use DevOps to give feedback among other helpful insights. Being incredibly useful in gaining a deeper understanding of our clients needs, with our project managers driving our clients to be as involved as they feel comfortable with.

A major role of our project managers is to always be looking after our clients best interests, becoming they’re eyes and ears to strive towards bespoke software that our client is over the moon with. This in turn, leads to higher productivity, thanks to the level of comfortability between our project managers and clients.

Another way we work to gain a more in-depth understanding of our clients needs is by frequently releasing iterations of the project throughout the development for them to review. Working in a collaborative manner to receive feedback that leads to a high-quality result.

Establishing Time Management

All of our projects at Buzz are very carefully managed and honed in over a number of years. Guaranteeing the result is completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality possible. All of which wouldn’t be possible without good project management.

Our project managers ensure that we work to deliver projects on time, while keeping progression at a pace that is comfortable for the client. Allowing sufficient time to test and give feedback, all of which is championed by project managers.
