Following our agile methodology, we use a number of tactics to keep your project on track, from regular and open communication with your team through our project managers and developers, to how we work with our own crew on the ground.
It all starts by breaking the project down into User Stories (for individual features and functionality) that can be easily linked and tracked through Azure DevOps, with fortnightly team retrospectives and daily stand-ups to keep everyone on the same page. This not only helps us keep everything documented, but also helps us identify any blockers early on, so we can avoid delays as much as possible.
Plus, with dedicated time sheets and our commitment to transparency, our project managers can show you exactly where your project is at, anytime you need it.
While an MVP can typically start at two-three months, the total time for a project depends on the complexity and scope of a project and size of team assigned to it.
