Working with high net-worth clients means hitting the nail on the head, every time - that’s why Gain Capital, an online trading provider, reached out to Buzz to build a premium service that could deliver.
The brief? To build a secure, custom trading platform, spanning both web and mobile, that could deliver a seamless, secure digital experience for investors and advisors alike.
USER-CENTRED APPROACH
To kick off the project, dubbed SALT Invest, our Buzz team did what they do best - unpicked the brand values, highlighted the target market and confirmed user profiles before cracking on with code, so we could shape the interface, structure, and content to key expectations.
By identifying central platform requirements - security, flexibility, and real-time responsiveness - we knew exactly we needed to build a highly-focused user experience that supports everything from live trading to portfolio management.
SECURITY AND FLEXIBILITY
So, what does security and flexibility look like on a fintech platform like this? For SALT, it was a web platform with secure member-only access, private trading dashboards, integrated live chat, and seamless connections to Gain Capital’s internal systems and third-party services; with every feature designed around speed, flexibility, and reliability.
Our crew then built and delivered a companion app to run alongside the website, allowing the SALT team to have extensive control and access to client data, with a flexible framework allowing compliance reviews, secure storage, and exporting of data.
It also allowed us to build back-end features for authenticating users and streaming real-time updates, ensuring clients always have access to the latest market movements and trade data, no matter where they are.

From live data to deep system integrations, the final digital web and app products helped SALT Invest provide a sleek and modern service to clients, demonstrating the power of innovative fintech solutions.
For Buzz, it was another example of helping our clients stay ahead of the game, and take their future ambitions to the next level.
