When this Cornwall-based charity reached out to Buzz, they needed to ensure the highest levels of care were being offered to their patients across the board. And what they needed to make it happen was a system that would pull their traditional admin management into the 21st Century.
This system needed to allow therapists to make notes and track details of clients, while also being able to create bespoke reports that could later be used when bidding for funding. More importantly, it needed to ensure safeguarding issues were spotted at the earliest opportunity, so action could be taken to protect the client.
